What is sport02BOX?

sportO2BOX is a new product developed by OXIGENO Fitness. It is based on exercises taken from different styles of marshal art. The movements are performed to music and the class is 60 minutes. A large part of the class is done by working out with “Pads”. This class is for everybody who likes to get a good cardio workout with no “aerobic”-movements.

What is YOGA?

Yoga is the natural state, the origin of truth, beauty, eternal happiness, and bliss. In the practices of Yoga our resistance to this natural state of bliss and our attachment to the world of forms and senses are made apparent.


Through self-observation and practice you become more aware of our posture and breathing. In addition, you will experience increased strength, coordination, improved posture and flexibility.

What is PILATES?

Pilates focuses on improving flexibility and strength for the total body without building bulk. Pilates promotes physical harmony and balance for people of all ages and physical conditions while providing a refreshing and energizing workout.

What is different?

Pilates can be safely used by pregnant women to learn proper breathing and body alignment, improve concentration, and recover body shape and tone after pregnancy.

3 ways to use Squash courts at OXIGENO

  1. By participating in either the basic, sport, adventure, or GameNight class. For the Squash timetable, see the Information page.
  2. By taking private squash lessons. These are hourly classes for 1 or 2 people, and are available per hour or in blocks of 10 hours.
  3. By reserving a court! Squash is free for all Gold members.
